At the very heart of Indago, and the core of our expertise, our Executive Search division specialises in "hunting down" exceptional talent.
Most search firms follow very similar methodologies: analysis, role definition and research. We haven't re-invented the wheel and do not profess to be better than anyone else. We do, however, recognise that it is the people you hire that make the difference and will go to the end of the world to uncover the talent you need.
Why search? Our clients find search is the most effective option when they need a comprehensive and confidential review of the best talent in the market, not just the talent that's available or responding to adverts! Some clients "benchmark" internal candidates with external talent; review compensation packages offered by their competition or want to discreetly "test" the market.
Such a detailed review involves a considerable focus of resources, effort and time by us and in return our clients commit to a partnership approach. This takes the form of a deposit to cover initial research. The balance is paid on completion.
We will usually agree on a fixed fee for our searches.
