Search and selection is typically a low-volume activity.
Since we are working to serve our clients, we are captives of the work we are asked to do; our priority is homing in on the best candidate for a particular job and making that client/candidate match. 
We will always acknowledge receipt of your details, however, please do not become disillusioned if we don't immediately ask you for an interview! Each time we have a new project we review our talent database - if you have the technical skills and relevant experience we will contact you to start more detailed discussions.   

What you can expect from us:

• To have all your information handled in confidence. Your resume is never "floated" to other clients of whom you are unaware.
  
• To be kept informed as a search assignment progresses. The speed of the search is sometimes outside our control, but you are entitled to know what, if anything, is happening.
  
• To receive complete and accurate information on the company and position, including the requirements, risks and rewards involved. We will keep you fully informed of any shifts in the position's responsibilities, scope objectives, authority or organizational relationships during the search process.
  
• We not only serve the client but will also take into account your best interests. We strive to maintain a position of objectivity, with a commitment to secure a "win-win" outcome for both client and candidate.
