Dominic Armstrong
Dominic has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality sector. Having completed his initial 5 year training course with the Savoy Group in London, including a year in Tokyo, he then specialised in Sales & Marketing with international companies. Prior to launching Indago in 2002 he spent 4 years consulting & headhunting with one of the world's largest executive search organisations.
Dominic focuses on Sales, Marketing and PR roles as well as General Operational Management positions.
Trevor Grant
Trevor has been in the recruitment industry for over 18 years.
Since joining Indago in 2004, Trevor has continued to manage and deliver on Senior and Middle Management positions focused within the Hotel/Hospitality industry - areas of specialism include General Management, Operations, Rooms Division, Reservations, Revenue, Distribution and eCommerce.
His broad industry experience and track record of building top performing teams has helped Trevor fully appreciate the key challenges anyone can face when trying to hire talent and the importance of getting the 'fit' right first time. He fundamentally believes in "looking beyond" a job description/CV match - the key to building high performing teams is the need to fully understand the attitude, aptitude and aspiration needed, not only, to fulfill the role but to achieve the stated objectives.
Prior to Indago Trevor worked for one of the world's largest executive search firms as a General Manager. In 3 years he increased the team size from 5 to 15 and T/O from £450k to over £2.25M - winning numerous awards in the process including Top Office of the Year (3 years running) and Consultant of the Year (2 years in a row).
Other industries in which Trevor has recruited include the Banking, Accountancy, Legal and Pharmaceutical sectors.
